Where was *this* dude before that when delivery apps were bankrupting restaurants through their deceptive practices? newyorker.com/culture/annals… eater.com/platform/amp/2020/…
This SF public official thinks DoorDash is a criminal enterprise. Where was this dude the last year when delivery apps were the only thing keeping most restaurants in the city from going bankrupt? 🤡🌍

This is very consistent with my @Hertz experiences as a “President’s Circle” member, and why I vowed to never use them again after a rental this past June.
I had a Very Bad experience with @Hertz over Thanksgiving. This is what happened & the letter I wrote. We are totally fine, & our Thanksgiving ended up wonderful, but I suspect this is a fraudulent business practice, & I want to give it visibility for those who don't or can't.

Truly bizarre and poorly thought through analogy: you start with literal rules of the road, which were established via legislation and were at one point new/"from-scratch," and then say crypto should be . . . self-regulated. 🤦‍♂️

Dude who claims to be a *CPA* is big mad after learning that selling assets has tax implications.
Replying to @JTheAccountant
This is a huge damn deal for the #NFT space. You’ve got 15 days to report this information on Form 8300 and violation of 6050i is a felony. A Felony for selling NFTs, because digital asset is now concerned as “cash” for this provision. Insane.
